I. General provisions and definitions

  1. Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania z serwisu internetowego dostępnego pod adresem https://riocleaning.pl/regulamin  oraz zasady składania zamówień i świadczenia usług sprzątania przez Usługodawcę.
  2. The terms used in the Regulations mean:
  • Serwis – strona internetowa dostępna pod adresem https://riocleaning.pl
  • Regulamin – niniejszy dokument
  • Usługodawca (dla osób fizycznych) – „RIO CLEANING HOUSE”, ul. Nowogrodzka 64\43, 02-014 Warszawa, NIP: 7011068695, KRS: 0000946107
  • Usługodawca (dla firm) – „RIO Group Sp. z o.o.”, Al. Lindleya 16, 02-013 Warszawa, NIP: 7010952898, KRS: 0000810665
  • Usługobiorca – osoba fizyczna, osoba prawna lub jednostka organizacyjna korzystająca z usług
  • Usługa – usługa sprzątania świadczona przez Usługodawcę
  • Zamówienie – oświadczenie woli Usługobiorcy zmierzające do zawarcia umowy
  • Umowa – umowa o świadczenie usług sprzątania zawarta na odległość

II. Conclusion of the contract

  1. Placing an Order via the Website constitutes an offer to conclude a contract.
  2. The Agreement is concluded upon confirmation of acceptance of the Order by the Service Provider.
  3. The information posted on the Website constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

III. Placing orders and pricing

  1. Orders are placed via the form available on the Website.
  2. The form performs an automatic, approximate calculation of the price and estimated time of completion of the Service.
  3. The indicated price and time are non-binding and subject to change.
  4. Upon arrival at the place of performance of the Service, the Service Provider's staff shall verify the scope of work and:
    • confirms the quote provided, or
    • presents the change in time and price of the Service.
  1. The Service is provided after the Service User accepts the terms and conditions.

IV. Remuneration and Fees

  1. Wynagrodzenie za Usługę wynosi 60 zł za każdą rozpoczętą godzinę pracy jednej osoby sprzątającej.
  2. Additional fees may be added to the remuneration:
    • 80 PLN – for providing cleaning equipment
    • PLN 35 – for cleaning products
  1. The final amount of remuneration depends on the actual working time and the scope of the Service.
  2. The remuneration is finally determined before or during the performance of the Service.

V. Types of services

  1. The service provider provides the following types of cleaning services:

a) Standard cleaning

  1. The service includes ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in the premises, in particular:
    • vacuuming all accessible floor surfaces
    • wet cleaning of floors
    • dusting of accessible and uncovered surfaces (e.g. countertops, shelves, window sills)
    • cleaning the external surfaces of furniture
    • basic kitchen cleaning (countertops, sink, external surfaces of household appliances)
    • basic bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet, shower or bathtub)
    • emptying waste bins and replacing bags
  1. The service does not include in particular:
    • removing heavy, stubborn dirt (e.g. grease, limescale, mold)
    • cleaning after renovation or construction work
    • cleaning the interior of household appliances
    • cleaning hard-to-reach elements or those requiring disassembly
    • specialized work requiring the use of specialized resources or equipment

b) General cleaning

  1. The service includes comprehensive cleaning of the premises, in particular:
    • all activities included in the scope of standard cleaning
    • thorough cleaning of all accessible surfaces
    • cleaning doors, doorframes, skirting boards, sockets and switches
    • thorough cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen, including removal of deposits, scale and dirt
    • cleaning furniture surfaces from the outside and inside (if they are emptied by the Service User)
    • washing household appliances (e.g. refrigerator, oven, microwave) – if previously agreed
    • cleaning hard-to-reach places to the extent possible without the use of specialized tools
  1. The service does not include:
    • removing persistent dirt that cannot be removed using standard methods
    • work requiring specialized equipment or industrial chemicals
    • dismantling of equipment elements

c) Cleaning after renovation

  1. The service includes cleaning the premises after construction or renovation works, in particular:
    • removing construction dust from horizontal and vertical surfaces
    • vacuuming and washing floors after renovation work
    • cleaning furniture and surfaces from renovation residues
    • washing windows, window frames, window sills and other finishing elements
    • removal of minor dirt from building materials (to the extent possible without damaging the surface)
  1. The service does not include:
    • removing permanent surface damage
    • removal of building materials requiring specialized methods
    • work requiring the use of specialized industrial chemicals
    • removing debris or construction waste, unless otherwise agreed

d) Office cleaning

  1. The service includes maintaining cleanliness in office premises, in particular:
    • vacuuming and washing floors in office spaces
    • dusting desks, cabinets and other work surfaces
    • cleaning of common areas (hallways, reception, conference rooms)
    • emptying waste bins and replacing bags
    • cleaning of kitchens and social rooms
    • cleaning toilets
  1. The detailed scope and frequency of office services may be agreed individually between the parties.
  1. The scope of the Service is determined on the basis of information provided by the Service Recipient when placing the Order.
  2. If it is found that the actual condition of the premises differs from the information provided by the Service User, the Service Provider reserves the right to:
    • changes in salary, or
    • refusal to provide the Service.

VI. Terms of service

  1. The service recipient is obliged to provide access to the premises at the agreed time.
  2. The Service Recipient is obliged to ensure conditions enabling the provision of the Service, in particular access to water and electricity.
  3. In the event of lack of access to the premises, the Service Provider may charge the Service Recipient for the costs of implementation.

VII. Payments

  1. Payment for the Service can be made:
    • before the provision of the Service (online), or
    • after the Service has been completed, if the parties so agree
  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide the Service in the event of non-payment.

VIII. Cancellations and Changes

  1. The Service Recipient has the right to cancel the Order without incurring any costs, provided that the cancellation is made no later than 24 hours before the planned date of performance of the Service.
  2. If the Order is cancelled less than 24 hours before the planned performance of the Service, the Service Provider is entitled to charge a fee of 50% of the Order value.
  3. If the Service Recipient is absent from the location where the Service is to be provided or if contact cannot be established, preventing the Service from being provided, it is deemed that the Service was not provided due to reasons attributable to the Service Recipient. In such a case, the Service Provider retains the right to full payment, and the fee paid is non-refundable.
  4. Changing the date of the Service is treated as a cancellation of the Order, unless the Service Provider agrees to change the date without charging additional fees.

IX. Complaints

  1. The Service Recipient has the right to submit a complaint within 48 hours of the Service being provided.
  2. Reklamacja powinna zostać zgłoszona drogą elektroniczną na adres: kontakt@riocleaning.pl.
  3. The service provider will consider the complaint within 14 days.
  4. If the complaint is accepted, the Service Provider may:
    • perform a correction to the Service, or
    • make a partial refund of remuneration.

X. Responsibility

  1. The Service Provider is liable for any damage caused by its employees during the performance of the Service.
  2. The Service Provider's liability is limited to the amount of damage actually suffered.
  3. The Service Provider is not responsible for:
    • natural wear and tear of things
    • technical defects of the premises or equipment
    • valuable items not declared before the Service is provided

XI. Personal data

  1. The personal data of Service Users are processed by the Service Provider in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR.
  2. Detailed rules for data processing are specified in the Privacy Policy.

XII. Copyright

  1. All content posted on the Website is the property of the Service Provider or third parties.
  2. They may not be copied without prior consent.

XIII. Changes to the regulations

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Regulations.
  2. Changes come into effect upon publication on the Website.

XIV. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  2. Disputes arising from the contract will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the law.
  3. Contact with the Service Provider:
